The 30A area has recently seen a new type of eating experience come to the area. It's called CUP Food You Pick Up and it's quite unique.

The healthy meals are freshly prepared and packages to make it convenient. However, they are not packages in a normal way, but instead, they are layered in a cup. The goal is to provide healthy, quick and delicious meals to those on the go, including a great kids menu and organic coffee and tea choices.

The Menu

You have plenty of options you can pick up and enjoy. Most of the choices range from about $5 to $13 with a variety of ingredients. The menu includes:

  • Pork Cups - Hick Up
  • Steak Cups - Bottoms Up
  • Combination Cups - Trip Up
  • Seafood Cups - Heads Up, Hook Up, Surfs Up and Tune Up
  • Vegetarian Cups - Freshen Up, Step Up and Sprout Up
  • Breakfast Cups - Fuel Up, Get Up, Jump Up, Sunnyside Up and Wake Up
  • Dessert Cups - Dream Up, Iced Up, Kiss Up, Pucker Up, Swirl Up and Toasted Up

Some of the options are also available in a 12 ounce snack size cup. Breakfast and dessert cups also come in the 12 ounce size.

The cups includes ingredients, such as Grilled Chicken, Pasta, Artichoke Hearts, Capers, Sundried Tomato and Parmesan Cheese, which are found in the Choked Up cup. They all come with a CUPlement, such as Artichoke Salsa, Lemon Pepper Sauce, Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette or Whole Grain Mustard BBQ Sauce.

The cups are very easy to eat and provide an easy way to shake up your meal, enjoy something a bit different and get a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner to go.

CUP Food You Pick Up is found at Redfish Village in Blue Mountain and they have a second 30A location at Peddler's Pavilion in Seacrest Beach. If you're looking for a healthy, fast option for your next meal, give this unique eating experience a try.
