CafeMany dining options are found throughout the Emerald Coast, but some of the best are a bit harder to find. When you're looking for a unique experience or something new, you need to understand the top places found off the beaten path to dine in the South Walton area.

The Ovation Club

This is the place to go if you want to feel like a VIP. The Ovation Club is found within the same complex as the 10-screen Carmike Cinema and seats about 100 people. This makes it a perfect place for a date night and it's open only to those 21 and over. This place will provide you with the perfect mood-setting lighting and large leather dining chairs for extra comfort.

Cabana Cafe at Hurricane Lanes

Another unique place you may not think about when it comes to dinner is Cabana Cafe. This restaurant is found inside Hurricane Lanes and provides excellent food for lunch and dinner. Not only can you grab a bite to eat here, but you can also enjoy plenty of bowling fun to fill your night up.

They are open every day from 11am to 2am and provide all kinds of fun. You can watch the bowling alley action or participate. They feature stone-fired pizzas, excellent sandwiches and homemade potato chips with cilantro dip. This is a low frills place with plenty to offer.

Fireside Cafe at Destiny Worship Center

Usually, you wouldn't think about going for lunch at a church, but with the Fireside Cafe providing some excellent options, this may be something to consider. It's found in Destin and provides some excellent choices at very affordable prices. The cafe is open Tuesday through Friday from 7am to 2pm and most items are priced round $5.

The profits made are all donated to the church's mission programs. You can enjoy an excellent breakfast with espresso-based coffee drinks or dine in for lunch with plenty of great sandwiches and Paninis available.
