"The Beaches" is an area in the Florida panhandle and is known for some of the best beaches in the world. Recently, this part of the state was ranked at the fourth best leisure destination in the state. The only three places found above Panama City Beach are Miami, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale is very close to Miami and you won't find any beaches in Orlando. However, the golf found in Orlando is some of the best in the world.
