Preparing for the Best Holiday Events in the 30A Area

Christmas TreeThe holiday season is almost here and plenty of events will be a part of the season. Whether you want to enjoy Christmas lights or you prefer a party type of event, you can find it throughout the holidays in the 30A area. Here are some of the top choices.

12 Nights of Lights

Starting on Friday, November 29th, the 12 Nights of Lights event will be held at the Baytowne Wharf Events Plaza. This event will continue on November 30th with even more festivities. This event will include a preview of the 12 Nights of Lights, Santa Claus and the Tree Lighting. It's perfect for the entire family with plenty of choir singing, lantern making for the upcoming parade and even fireworks to finish the night.

Turn on The Town Holiday Parade and Festival

On Saturday, November 30th, starting at 4pm, this parade and festival will provide a small town feel with plenty of Christmas spread throughout. It will be held in Seaside and the parade will begin in Seagrove Beach. At 5-m the part will start at the amphitheater and holiday festivities will be provided.

Baytowne On Ice

The Baytowne Wharf Events Plaza will provide a venue for this event from 11am to 10pm on November 30th. The skating rink will be open all day long ant the price is only $11 to skate for an hour and a half.

Breakfast with Santa

From 8am to 10pm on November 30th at the Rosemary Beach Town Hall, you can bring the kids out for breakfast with Santa. This will be a bagged continental breakfast with the opportunity to get your picture taken with Santa.

Angel Tree

Starting on November 30th, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets will provide the opportunity to help a child with the "Families First Tree." This tree will be located at Saks First Avenue Off 5th and you can take a child you want to buy a gift for. Then, just return the wrapped gift by December 17th.

These are just a few of the events to kick off the Christmas Season. Many others will be scheduled throughout December as we get closer to the holiday.
