Secluded Beaches and Majestic Dunes

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park provides a great natural place for the entire family. With beautiful white sand beaches, 25-foot tall dunes and three lakes, this is one of the most popular parks in the area. Fish for all kinds of freshwater fish or just spend time at the beach. The wetlands provide plenty of area for watching wildlife and the park is a hiker’s paradise.

Americana Under the Stars is a regular event held at the park, which happens every Thursday starting at 5pm. Other events range from Breakfast with a Ranger to musical performances. The park is well known for providing a place for area events.

As one of the premier parks in the Panama City area, many locals spend their weekends here. It's also an attractive park for visitors. The beaches are secluded and provide plenty of room, while the park itself provides plenty of trails for hiking, walking, jogging and biking.

Since this park contains costal dune lakes, freshwater fishing is available. However, boats are not allowed. You can fish for bream, panfish, catfish and bass in the freshwater lakes.
