Sugar White Sand and Emerald Green Water

St. Andrews State Park is most known for the beautiful white sand and emerald colored waters. This used to be a military reservation and today has over one-and-a-half miles of beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon. Those enjoying water sports will enjoy this area with plenty of water activities available.

Water Sports at the Park

Whether you want to enjoy swimming, scuba diving, canoeing, kayaking or any other water sport, you can find it here. With two fishing piers, it's easy to find a place to get your boat into the water and catch all types of fish. Two nature trails make it easy to enjoy the land, as well.

This is a very popular park in the area and provides plenty of areas for relaxation, sunbathing and more. Whether you just want to enjoy a picnic in the pavilion or you want to come to the park for a weekend of camping, you will find everything you need here. Of course, the beaches here are beautiful and if you never make it past the beaches, you can still have a great time at St. Andrews State Park. However, if you want to enjoy a little more, you can take one of the shuttle boat tours or enjoy one of the many other activities.

Two campground loops provides plenty of campsites for tents and RVs. Concessions and a restaurant are available, as well with souvenirs, snacks, grocery items, bait and fishing licenses.
