One of the great benefits of living in a tropical area with great weather most of the years is the ability to shop at local farmers' markets for produce, meat and so much more. If you prefer to pick up your items from local farmers and support local business, you'll love all the choices you get in farmers' markets in the area.

Bay County Farmers' Market

An open-air market with everything from farmers to craftsman, you'll find a number of great deals here. The market is found at 2230 E. 15th Street in Panama City, at the fairgrounds. It's open regardless of weather Monday through Saturday from 8am to 3pm.

Grand Lagoon Waterfront Farmers' Market

Local farmers, bakers and growers show up at this farmers' market to provide all the produce you're looking for. This market is brought to the community by Waterfront Markets, which is also responsible for the Callaway Community Farmers' Market. Both of these markets feature many new growers and vendors every week. You want to get there early because many vendors sell out fast.

The Grand Lagoon Market is open year-round on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm and Sundays from 11am to 4pm. The market is found at Captain Anderson's Restaurant on Saturdays and at Pirate's Cove Marina on Sundays. The Callaway Community market is open on Thursdays at Veteran's Park in Callaway from 3pm to 7pm.

Seaside Farmers' Market

The Seaside Farmers' Market is found on County 30A in Seaside Florida. This market is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Carillon Beach Farmers' Market

THIS MARKET IS NOT OPERATING AT THIS TIME

Found on Carillon Beach at 100 Carillon Market Street, you can pick up great vegetables, fruits, baked goods, honey, flowers and so much more here. The market is open on Mondays from 8am to 3:30pm starting June 3rd and going through September 2nd.
