Become A Mad Scientist - Saturday, January 4th
From 10am to 3pm, live science shows will be held at the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center. Hands on stations will also be a part of this event with live animals, "make and take" projects and much more. This is a great event for the entire family to enjoy.
Baytowne on Ice - Ongoing
Those looking to enjoy a little cold weather fun can enjoy the ice skating rink at Baytowne Wharf. It's open from 11am to 1pm and provides skating for $11 for 90 minute sessions.
SunQuest Dinner Cruise - Saturday, January 4th
You can enjoy the Dine, Dance and Cruse from SunQuest Cruises from 7pm to 10pm. The SOLARIS yacht will provide plenty of fun with all types of entertainment, dining and an experience unlike any other.
Dinner and a Movie Presents Maltese Falcon - Wednesday, January 8th
Edward's Fine Food & Wine will host the very popular dinner and a movie event. It will feature a full length classic film in the courtyard with a prix fixe dinner before. Tickets are $70 and include beverage and tip.
2014 30A Songwriters Festival - Friday, January 17th
The 5th annual 30A Songwriters Festival will be held January 17th to January 19th throughout South Walton. It will be taking place at 25 different live music venues with over 200 performances. This is one of the largest events found in January and provides a great chance to see many up and coming artists.
