Finding a place you can take your pet is important. Whether you're looking for a dog park, a dog beach or even a restaurant you can dine with your pet, you'll find it within the Panama City Beach area. Here are a few of the top spots for you and your pets to enjoy.

Pier Park

This outdoor shopping mall allows pets and it's one of the best places to go with your dogs. If you have them in a carrier, you can even take them inside the Ron Jon's Surf Shop. They must be on leashes and most restaurants and stores won't allow them in. However, you can walk the streets with your dogs and enjoy the area.

Frank Brown Park

This park has two spots perfect for dogs. One of the areas you will have to keep them on the leash as you walk your dogs on the greenways and trails. However, Frank Brown Park also has a fenced playground area for your dogs and they can run leash free in this area.

Doggie Beach

The doggie beach is the perfect spot for you and your pets. You can let them roam about 400 feet on leashes. This is the perfect spot if you want to enjoy the ocean and sunshine with your dogs.

AaronBessant Park

This park is found near Pier Park and provides a green grass area for you and your leashed dogs. The park also has Thursday night concerts during the summer and you're allowed to bring your dogs.

Along with these pet-friendly spots in Panama City Beach, you can take your dogs to one of two other off leash dog parks. Zollie Young Dog Park on Mill Bayou Road or Everitt Avenue Dog Park on Everitt Avenue are both great choices.

If you're looking for a pet-friendly spot for you and your dog, try any of these spots. There are also many restaurants with patios that will allow dogs to be with you on the patio as you dine.
