It's hard to believe it's already been 5 months since our first meeting.  Who would have guessed that we would find our vacation home and put an offer on it less than 48 hours after meeting you!?  We can't thank you enough for all you did to  make our vacation home shopping such a pleasant experience.  We appreciate you taking the time to listen to what we wanted and to come prepared to show us plenty of homes from which to choose. Kathy is the BEST!!!  She knew that we were relocating and much of our process would be done long distance but she kept us updated every step of the way and eased our concerns with the long distance issues.  We hit a few glitches along the way but Kathy was quick to get them resolved so our process would not be delayed.   Kathy is a no pressure, upfront, and honest individual.  She was always available to take our calls, answer our questions and offered a calming friendly voice when our relocation emotions took over.   Kathy started out as our Realtor but she’s now counted among our friends.

 I bought 5 acres of land two years ago without knowing Kathy.  She went well above and beyond what I ever expected of an agent.  She was on top of the deal right up until closing.  She was such a great agent that when it was time to purchase my current home, I didn't even consider anyone else.  Any future real estate deal I have will be through Kathy.  After all, when you find a great agent you stick with her.
