More about 30A homes
Visitors and even locals are constantly impressed by the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green waters on 30A. The picturesque passage is also home to some of the best cuisine and shopping options that the Emerald Coast has to offer.
There are tons of things to do while still maintaining a laid back lifestyle on highway 30A. One incredible feature that [almost] every 30A condo or home has is the gulf views. The highly coveted spots on 30A are all Gulf front 30a beach homes or condos. As you would expect, this has led developers to squeeze out as many houses/condos they can from these treasured pieces of real estate, as possible.
Thankfully, the community and its residents have strict residential and commercial building codes to prevent the cluttering of these gulf views.
Specifically, a four-story building height limit. By restricting the spread of high rise condos and overcrowded commercial projects, 30a has made an environment filled with local beach homes and quality condos that have plenty of private space, [mostly] uninterrupted views, easy access to beaches, and shopping just a short walk away.
