If you want to play golf on a course that has hosted PGA tour events, you need to make your way to Hombre Golf Club. This club hosted its first professional event in 1990, which was the Panama City Beach Classic. The course added another set of nine holes in 2001, making it a 27-hole course. They call the three nines the "Good", "Bad" and "Ugly".

With four sets of tees, any golfer can play this course and enjoy their round. All golfers can find the right yardage for their skill level from just under 7,000 yards to around 5,000 yards. The course provides plenty of challenge and a scenic round through the wetlands, lakes and marshes. This beautiful course is perfect for visitors and locals alike.

Hombre was home to the PGA Tour Qualifying School for many years. However, since this is being eliminated from the PGA qualifying options, the course won't be used for this anymore. Great golfers, such as Mike Weir, Scott McCarron, Gary Nicklaus, Michael Campbell and Frank Lickliter all qualified here, along with many others.

You can work on your skills at the practice facility or get professional instruction from The Academy. Enjoy the full range with chipping and putting greens. After your practice session or your round of golf, you can enjoy a meal and beverage in the Siesta Bar & Grill.
