Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade & Pumpkin Drop
For those with a four-legged friend, this is the event of the season. It will happen on October 18th from 4pm to 6pm and will include plenty of fun. Prizes will be awarded for the best dog and owner costume duo and a huge pumpkin filled with treats for the kids will be dropped. Raffle tickets will also be available for prizes and the proceeds will benefit the Alaqua Animal Refuge.

The 23rd Annual Seeing Red Wine Festival at Seaside is just around the corner and will bring many excellent events to the area. This is one of the favorites for many locals and provides plenty of afternoon events for the wine-lover. Tasting tests and wines will be found throughout Seaside, ranging from national to international favorites. After tasting, you can always purchase a bottle to take home or move onto the next tasting tent.
The Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club will host the inaugural 30A Charity Golf Classic on October 19th. This will be one of the craziest tournaments in the area. Plenty of twists and turns will make this one of the most interesting golf tournaments for charity yet. The proceeds will be donated to the Shelter House Domestic Violence Center and the Off The Mat charity.
Unique suds and ales will be on display in the Village of Baytowne Wharf October 18th and 19th from 3pm to 6pm. This will be the sixth annual Beer Fest and will provide a great look at some of the best American specialty beers from around the world and locally. Over 200 beers will be ready for sampling at the main event, along with live music and much more.
The Outdoors Festival is coming to the South Walton area on Saturday, October 5th from 10am to 2pm. This celebration will allow you to explore the outdoors including the waterfront. The event will happen at Live Oak Landing Outdoor Destination, 229 Pitts Avenue.
