Hunt’s Oyster Bar is the place to be in Panama City when you’re having a seafood craving. The Hunt family has been serving the area for 48 years and is located at 1150 Beck Avenue in Panama City. They are open six days a week including Monday through Saturday from 11am until 9:30pm.

They specialize in Apalachicola Oysters and even sell Oyster Shells for driveways or parking lots, pick up or delivery and sold by the yard. Check out one of their lunch specials or enjoy a seafood dinner at Hunt’s. Here’s what you can expect.

The Hunt Family owns and operates the oyster bar including Tina, Christie, Randy and Sissy. Located in Panama City, Florida, the Hunt’s Oyster Bar is located in a beautiful yellow building that will make you feel like you’re at home here. Sit on one of the benches outside in front of the palm trees and boat décor. They are open all week expect Sundays.

With a name like Hunt’s Oyster Bar, expect a delicious oyster menu. They offer raw, steamed, baked, and Cajun baked, plus a variety of cheese like the 3 Cheese, 3 Cheese Cajun, 3 Cheese Jalapeno and Jalapeno Cajun options.

They offer dinners for those that don’t want seafood but prefer the ribeye, chicken tenders or burgers. Try the seafood platter, the shrimp, gator, crab legs and so much more. You can get an entrée, a sandwich, salads and side orders like fires, garlic toast, steamed veggies and cheese grits.

Kids ages 10 and under can have the shrimp-fries-hushpuppy, the corn dog-fires, the grilled cheese, tenders-fries or fish-fries-hushpuppy. While you drink a draft beer or wine, your family can enjoy dessert like turtle pie, key lime pie and French silk pie.
