The 6th Annual Dive Fest Happening in October

October is a month full of big events and the 6th Annual Dive Fest is one of those events. This three-day event will provide all types of water activities and plenty of fun. This year the proceeds will help to support the SUDS organization or Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Scuba. Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away and auctioned off.

Silent Auction and Raffle

Tens of thousands of dollars of items will be auctioned and raffled off. The silent auction will provide plenty of choices for bidding and all the proceeds will be donated to SUDS. Items for divers and non-divers will be provided including:

  • Original Artwork
  • Dive Travel
  • Dive Education
  • Dive Gear
  • Entertainment Memorabilia
  • Sports Memorabilia
  • And More!

Many other prizes will be added to the list as the event gets closer.

An Activity for Non-Divers

The Snorkel Cruise and Dolphin Swim provide a great activity for those not interested in diving. The price is $40 per person and the cruise lasts 3.5 hours. With the cost of admission, each person gets a deli snack sandwich, chips, soda and snorkel gear.

Dive Schedule for the Weekend

Dives will be held in the AM and PM both Friday and Saturday, along with AM dives on Sunday. The Welcome Beach Party will happen at 7pm on Friday and another Beach Party with the silent auction and raffle will happen at 7pn on Saturday.

This three-day fundraiser will provide you with plenty of fun including, drinks, food, diving, parities, live music and more.

The event will happen October 4th, 5th and 6th. The cost of the festival is $95, which includes the Welcome Reception, dinner, Saturday Night Beach Party, Silent Auction, Raffle, Dinner, event program, five raffle tickets and a t-shirt. All divers must register before the event.
