Celebrate our Nation's 237th Birthday with a Large Choice of Events Across the Gulf Coast

As we celebrate the freedom our forefather's envisioned in 1776 and recognition of all the brave men and women who have fought for our country, find a local event to attend with your neighbors and friends.  Events stretch all the way from Tyndall Air Force Base down Hwy 98 through Panama City, Panama City Beach, Hwy 30 to Baytowne Wharf.  

Gulf Coast July 4th 2013 Events

Salute to Freedom Panama City Marina

The fun starts at Panama City Marina with live music, food, and vendors at 2:00 PM  The evening ends on an bright note with the annual fireworks display simulcast with holiday music on Majic Broadcasting.  Fireworks begin at 9:00 PM.

Star Spangled Spectacular Panama City Beach

Tagged as the BIGGEST Fireworks Display along the Gulf Coast, the Star Spangled Spectular also feature music of the POPS Orchestra. Bring the whole family and spend the day.  

9:00 AM - Veteran's Parade at the Veteran's Memorial Park (adjacent to Aaron Bessant Park/Pier Park). Chairs provided for the Vets and Families during the morning service

7:30 PM - POPS performance in Aaron Bessant Park (Pier Park) . Bring your chairs, blankets and kids.

9:00 PM - Three fireworks shows all along the Gulf at (1) the City Pier (2) County Pier (3) Grand Lagoon

Groovin on the Green Carillon Beach

Come to the Village Green at Carillon Beach and enjoy the music of the Rowdies and fellowship with your friends and neighbors.

7:00-9:00 PM

Rosmary Beach Day Long Celebration

Decorate your bike at the Bike Decorating Breakfast at 7:30 AM and join in the bike parade that forms at 8:30 AM on North Barrett Square. A variety of prizes for best decorations include Most Original Use of Decorations, Most Patriotic Theme, Best 6 yrs and Under, Best Family Entry and Best Overall Decorated Bike.  

Family Field Day begins at 9:00 am on the Western Green with sack races, hula hoop contests, face painting, airbrush tatoos, balloons and moonwalks.  No charge.  

Early evening starts with barbeque 5:00-7:00 pm on the Eastern Green.  Tickets available at the event. $20 adults / $10 kids 4-12 and / children 3 and under are free. (Cash or check)

A Concert on the Green featuring local favs, Beach Mice, begins at 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. On the Western Green.  Bring your blankets and enjoy the show.  

Celebration 30A/Seaside 4th of July Parade

At 8:00 am it starts at Seagrove Plaza and ends at Seaside.  Dress your kids and pets in red,white and blue and join in.  To participate, meet at 7:15 am at Seagrove Plaza.  Registration is required and may just win you a 1st place ribbon.

Seaside Ampitheatre Music

The spend the day in Seaside and park your chairs and blankets at the Ampitheatre by 7:00 PM by the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra.  

Red, White and Baytowne 

6:00-10:00 pm Sandestin's 4th of July Extravaganza at Baytown Wharf.

Kids activities from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Village. Kids crafts, face painting, balloon sculpting, and more.  

7:00-9:00 pm - Live music by the Amazing Hat Band.

9:15 pm - Fireworks over the lagoon.
