Capt. Anderson’s Marina is a local favorite marina located at the Historic Grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach. George’s at Alys Beach has decided to add some excellent additions to their menu. Located on Scenic Highway 30A in a charming Florida cottage, George’s is open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.

Their new menu has added items like Fried Oyster BLT Salad, Pork Belly Lollipops and Smoked Pineapple Cornbread Cake. Chef Darek Tidwell has added new plates such as these to offer a cuisine like no other. Here is a look at what you can expect from the new menu at George’s.

This March the 30A Wine Festival is returning to Alys Beach for the 4th year. The event is going to feature three days of wine seminars, walkabouts, tastings, music and more. You can attend part of the event or get tickets for the whole weekend. The festival proceeds are going to benefit the Children’s Volunteer Health Network. Here is a look at the popular 30A Wine Festival coming to Alys Beach at Panama City Beach this March.

What to Expect

The event is taking place from March 6-8, 2015 at 9581 East County Highway 30A, Panama City Beach, FL. The festival will showcase premier wine producers and local culinary treats. It’s the 4th year for the festival but it’s the first time that it’s been expanded to three days.

About a year ago, Pier Park announced the development of Pier Park North. This is a section that will be added to the large shopping center across form the Pier Park Lifestyle Center.
